We go all over Connecticut- Farmers Markets, Main Street Markets, Car Shows, Charity events and fundraisers (our personal favorite!), etc. If you are looking for a wood-fired brick oven pizza vendor, we would be perfect for your party or event! Our Story
THE PASSION FOR PIZZA
I have lived in Morris most of my life. I worked in local restaurants over the years, including Rumsey Hall and Deer Island Gate Restaurant as a chef. I was very good at what I did, but I got out of the restaurant business due to the hours. However, being a chef again was always a dream of mine. Starting Bill’s Mobile Brick Oven was a realization of my dream. I worked hard and perfected the recipes and carefully chose the freshest and tastiest of ingredients for the food I serve. I only serve the finest of products to my customers and I make it a fun and memorable yet professional experience for all. I thoroughly enjoy working with the public.
